The Design Process:

Prime Choice works with your staff to understand your company and its product or services.

• Literature review
• Feature Benefit review
• Web Site review (if you have an existing web site)
• Ideal Customer review
• Search Engine "Keywords and Phases" used to find similar products. Based on keyword competition, together we prioritize which key-words to initially optimize your web site for.

Prime Choice will provide an initial "site outline" which is used to:

• Identify the pages necessary to promote your company and its product
• Determine the cost of the design (or redesign)

Your company now has the information necessary to make an informed decision.

• A work agreement is written and signed by both companies.
• A delivery schedule is documented that states what is required of each company and when the deliverable is due.
• An initial retainer is paid to begin work.

Creating or Redesigning the Web Site

• Together we explore and agree on a color scheme (Never underestimate the effect color schemes have on a customer)
• Prime Choice will design and develop the look and feel of the web site and submit same to your company for approval. This may involve a few iterations.

Content Review:

• If you are providing the initial content, Prime Choice will review the content in light of the targeted customer and key words (or phases). Some re-wording may be necessary to make the content effective to the customer and the search engines.
• If Prime Choice is contracted to write the content, you will receive draft copies for approval before it is integrated into your web site.

Final Web Site Review/Acceptance

• Once the content has been integrated into the web site and all of the pages have been created, you will review and suggest changes (within the scope of the agreement) or approve of the finished web site.
• At this stage of the project payment in full is expected.

Search Engine Submission and promotion

• Prime Choice designs all web sites from the ground up to be optimized for the important search engines.
• If agreed upon, Prime Choice will begin the Search Engine submission process. The time it takes a search engines to "include" your site is 48hrs to 8 weeks (depending on the engine). Ranking (your placement) will take a minimum of 6 weeks.
• If agreed upon, Prime Choice will provide a list of sites that you should "cross-link" with. Many search engines "value" your site based on inbound links. You will either work with the submitted site owners to establish linking relationships, or contract Prime Choice to do so for you.
• Prime Choice will NOT create door-way pages, or utilize other techniques aimed at tricking the search engines to artificially rate your site. These techniques practiced by unscrupulous companies rarely achieve effective search engine placement, and will often penalize your site, or get it banned altogether.
